Tania Pemberton is an executive coach, leadership researcher, and speaker whose work sits at the intersection of human performance, organisational change, and AI-era leadership. With over 20 years in corporate life spanning publishing, EdTech, SaaS, and global knowledge management, she brings rare depth to the questions that matter most in a rapidly changing world of work.
Her research at Oxford University's Saïd Business School and HEC Paris examined the characteristics that make questions truly effective — and why the quality of inquiry determines the quality of every conversation, decision, and relationship in an organisation. That research, grounded in two decades of real-world leadership, sales, and commercial experience driving business growth, has become the foundation of a practical, evidence-based framework that transforms how leaders think and act.

問 (wèn) is the Chinese character for "to ask". It is composed of two parts: 口 (kǒu), meaning mouth, and 門 (mén), meaning door or gateway. Together they depict a person standing at an open door, stepping forward, opening their mouth, and asking.
